As Exfoliant: Sprinkle onto damp skin or after applying a Synthesis Body Oil ( or blend equal parts with our Essential Face and Body Oil) and gently massage in upward motion. Rinse and pat dry. Follow with Synthesis Hand and Body Lotion.
As Bath Salts: Blend with warm bath water, sink in and surrender.
